SHIPPING POLICY
1. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship to the United States and other selected countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
4. ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES Choose U Like is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.
6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party carriers. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
7. WRONG ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
